and do not rely on your own understanding;
6 think about Him in all your ways,
and He will guide you on the right paths
Proverbs 3:5-6
Bible Commentary
5 King Solomon is explains that as we trust in the lord first and trying to seek what we think to understand but probably don’t understand we can deceive ourself. 6 But when we seek him and him alone he will show the right path and when we seek the lord he will bring the right person in his timing.
Answers In Proverbs Prayer
I believe God has planned a prefect plan for us and I do completely understand wanting that. I believe at 17 years old you have a amazing opportunity to grow with the lord and get deeper with Lord. Like Salomon a very wise man said Trust in the Lord with all your heart. As we learn to trust the Lord we learn to trust God we learn what it means to be a child of God and to build our identity in the lord first. To you John I pray that the lord will help you build a deeper faith with him first that he will guide you in the right path and that you one day will find your wife but first find your love for Christ because he much more rich than anything you can ask for.
